About Jennifer Watermolen

Jennifer Watermolen has over 30 years of experience in business development, financial management and client relations. As vice president of development at GreenWin Development Group, she leads strategic initiatives that expand the company’s portfolio.

Before GreenWin, she worked at DeLeers Construction as a business executive manager and accountant, overseeing payroll, job cost analysis and financial operations. She also spent 16 years as Owner/Vice President of JW Flooring, where she managed finances, customer service and business planning. Earlier in her career, she worked at Nielsen Marketing Research, building strong client relationships and helping businesses meet their goals.

Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay. With a strong background in finance, business strategy and operations, she continues to drive growth and success in every role she takes on.
