GreenWin President and Owner James Edward (Ted) Hunt is an experienced real estate developer, consultant and project manager with a career spanning over five decades. He attended Ryerson University’s School of Business Administration. Ted has held leadership positions in major real estate firms, including Royal LePage Commercial Real Estate Services, MaxLinks Communications, Capital Services and J.J. Barnicke.

Since 1988, he has been self-employed, spearheading development projects through Windtower Properties and GreenWin Development Group. His expertise includes real estate acquisition, feasibility studies, design-build project management and marketing for commercial, residential and assisted living developments. Notable projects include the Silverstone Memory Care facility in Wisconsin, the condo conversion of Meadow Ridge Resort in Door County and large-scale municipal planning initiatives.

With a reputation for strategic vision and business acumen, Ted continues to shape communities through innovative real estate solutions in the United States and internationally.
