Humana Building

GreenWin Development Group identified a sale/leaseback arrangement that enabled Humana to execute its strategic operations plan, resulting in the consolidation of office space within its De Pere, WI, location. This transaction also facilitated the transition to a new ownership group, establishing multi-tenancy leasing within the original building while initiating a strategic development project spanning 75 acres. Notably, marketing efforts for this project began before the COVID-19 pandemic, anticipating shifts in office space demand.

As project manager, GreenWin oversaw the design and phased implementation of the building’s transformation.
