Silverstone Memory Care at Packard is the second facility developed under the Silverstone Memory Care brand, reinforcing GreenWin’s dedication to creating spaces that address critical community needs. Scheduled to open in spring 2025, this 28,894-square-foot building includes 424 units designed specifically for memory care residents.

Following the success of the inaugural Silverstone Memory Care project in Appleton, WI, Packard builds upon proven design principles to offer a secure and comforting environment. GreenWin’s team provided development management services and collaboration with architects, investors and healthcare experts to deliver a high-quality facility that prioritized dignity and quality of life for residents.
